The discussions took place between a Bangladesh outbound tour-operator delegation and the Philippines Department of Tourism in Manila.

Both sides highlighted improved air connectivity as an important factor in facilitating tourist movement and strengthening tourism, trade and people-to-people links.

For Bangladesh travelers and tourism businesses, improved connectivity could create new opportunities to explore the Philippines while supporting greater cooperation between the tourism industries of both countries.
